The night of June 13th
saw the culmination of four frenetic days of fashion at Earls Court with the
gala fashion show. Always a star studded event, this year was by far one of the
most glittering in the past 10 years.
Jeff is one of the original founders of the event and is Life President.
The event this year sponsored by George was attended by designers Matthew
Williamson, Julien McDonald, Barbara Hulanicki and Charlie Allen. Stars from TV
were on hand to distribute awards and the evening was hosted by Carlyn Franklyn.
Chloe Jones a student from Bristol waltzed off with student of the year award and a cheque for £20,000. Jeff had the honour of presenting Chris Moore a renowned catwalk photographer with a lifetime achievement award. Chris has not only been at all 21 Graduate Fashion Week events, pumping pictures out around the world, but has also been attending shows during Paris, Milan, New York and London for the past four decades with his pictures gracing the pages of dozens of magazines and newspapers around the world.
