On the 10th of November the annual Children with Cancer Ball was held at the Grosvenor House Hotel and the committee was chaired by Rob Templeman. This was a charity first established by the O’Gorman family after the sad departure of brother and sister Paul and Jean.
Rob Templeman once again asked Jeff if he would host the auction which he had also carried out last year. Delighted to oblige, Jeff took to the floor at around 11.30 at night and succeeded in raising £180,000 in just 20 minutes.
The evening was a huge success raising somewhere close to a half a million pounds towards the excellent work the charity carries out.
