JEFF BANKS SPALDING STORE APPEARANCE

Spalding might be one of the smallest Jeff Banks shops but what it lacks in size it made up for with enthusiasm. As usual Maggie Hunt was on hand to provide some very slick grooming for the men of East Anglia. The store had run three competitions with different newspapers and magazines. First up to collect his prize was Tom Baxter who was looking for a suit to go to his first Prom.
Jeff styled him in a dark blue mohair suit with a cut away collar horizontally striped shirt, new in that day. He topped it off with a preppy stripe pure silk tie. Tom's mum was suitably impressed, 'excuse the pun, and we almost caught a tear in her eye when he stepped out of the dressing room.
Next was Simon Ashwell, who was in a dilemma as to whether or not to go smart casual or booted and suited. The modern fit grey mohair suit won and Jeff styled it with two alternative shirt options, toning grey check as well as an Ocean's Eleven black styled with a grey Jacquard silk tie.

Nigel Griffin, won the big prize. A £500 Jeff Banks Bespoke suit. With over a hundred cloths to choose from this wasn't going to be easy. Nigel eventually opted for a black and grey nail head design in a two button single breasted suit with a matching waistcoat. He opted for a deep purple lining and with two of the cuff buttonholes being stitched in matching purple. No pictures yet as this is going to take six weeks to create but we'll keep you posted!
